Multi Purpose Organic Compost

This is an organic, slow release compost that is free from additives and produced from recycled green waste (WRAP approved). This is perfect for improving soils and planting or to boost production of plants and vegetables when mixed or added as a dressing around existing areas. This product is also used to make our vegegrow Topsoil so productive, as we add 50% compost to normal top soil to make a stunning planting medium. The compost is produced from green waste such as grass cuttings, hedge clippings and general green waste which is composted down quite quickly producing a rather pungent basic compost. This is then left for two years with regular turning to improve and age the material where it becomes finer and richer. Then it's screened to remove any hard wooden bits, then we pack it ready for use.
